I went to Liverpool yesterday, with my husband for one day visit .

It was my first time to left Manchester after came to UK.

A wonderful place, bring calm to my mind...

HONG KONG style "Barbecued pork" and ...

I tried to make  "Barbecued pork"  yesterday, 

my husband said very delicious ^^ 

If  you are interested you can try to make it or come my house ^^

1 . Marinate the pork in condiment for more 3 hours.

 

2 . The pork needs to be stewed for about 2 hours by small fire.

 

3 , Wait until the juice dry.

 

4 , After it is done, cut it into slice.

 

Of course ! Not just "Barbecued pork", I made a lot of other dishes...

I also enjoyed coffee time with my husband at weekend .

My today

Maybe you will be boring because I upload photos on food every day .
But , I want to remember with photos these food that I have in my early UK life.

His study is hard and I really need to support him a lot .

I think I am a lucky girl !

I live in a good place, near city center, near school , near sports center, near supermarket , near club bar, near bus station, and near park. 

They are around my house, just 3 minutes walk.

At 4pm evening in the park 

some people reading, some people chatting, some people talking over phone...

and I was enjoying music.^^
